Supply drop lock

Hey guys!

One of the things that has remained unlocked in the Valley has been the personal supply drops. Now that is taken care of as well! This plugin locks the airdrop to the person throwing it and the issue with players forgetting to announce their personal supply drops is taken care of as well! Smooth af!

Left click to throw your personal supply drop and it will announce it in chat automatically. Right click doesn't, so make sure you left click!
