Removal of /hclaim

Hey everyone,

We have decided that since we now have the opportunity to lock horses instead of claiming them (and since the horse plugin doesn't work properly anyway) we will remove the horse plugin. I have updated the rules and this basically means - lock your horse for it to stay safe.

For you guys to be able to log in and put a lock on your horses instead I will not remove the plugin until tomorrow evening (Monday) at 20:00 CET.
