Raidable bases update

Since a lot of people have been raiding and the bases haven't been despawning/spawning in a good rate we have now made some changes.

The raids will no longer be completed when you blow TC, but instead when all loot as been collected. After all loot has been collected the base will despawn after 5 minutes and after that a new one will be spawning within a couple of minutes.

We have also changed the settings so that the floating TCs etc. will despawn now as well, clearing out entities and also the grid where the raidbases can spawn, making it possible for them to spawn in more places than they have been recently.

And yes, the rumours are true. We are remaking the current bases and also bringing back some of my old bases as well. It is a lot of work, but it will be worth it.
