Extended building perms!

A while ago we received a feature request to be able to place certain items on foundation, both for convenience and to be able to fully function building water bases.

You can use this to place large furnaces, refineries and fish traps inside on foundation.

When placing it it will still be red and if it can't be placed (if you're too close to a wall or any of the other amazing excuses we've seen and heard 😅) you will get an error message in chat saying why.

Not sure why anyone would wanna do this but I bet someone will try it 😋

Omg omg omg! What do you need to do to get this amazing feature? Check out your Chad skill tree today! You find it where in tier 2 of the hammer, that has now been renamed to Building and gotten an extra level to it.

Due to this we have reset your skills so that everyone gets the chance to try out this amazing feature 🥳
